Place is just a certification factory. Some dentist who wasn't bringing in enough cash got the idea to turn his practice in to a school for extra income. Which is all fine and dandy, except when they want to put their profits over your education. They'll hound you over and over again to get that money off you but when it comes time for class to start they're nowhere to be found. You'll pay and get a start date but then you'll have to wait until they get a class big enough for them to make it worth their while. I quit after 2 and no guarantee that the next one was gonna start either. Find a school that is actually a school and not someone looking for extra income.
